This cleaner has two different operating modes I should mention. Automatic, and Manual (via the remote control).

In Automatic mode, the T4RC does what most automatic pool cleaners do, but it does it very quickly and very efficiently.

Manual mode however, is where this cleaner really comes into its own. With the remote control you can guide your unit with precision to anywhere in your pool for spot cleaning of tough dirt, grime, and algae.

The T4RC has no use of poles nor hoses, as its built-in filtration bag collects all the dirt and debris in that, and you empty it manually when it gets full. It also works off its own motor and pump, and therefor not putting any extra strain on your existing pool pump and filtration system.
